I call the restaurant Variations "ma cantine" since it is where I go frequently for good food and a friendly welcome. It is run by a delightful couple and Chef Tondetta has built an excellent reputation in Paris. The restaurant now has a one star Guide Michelin which is well deserved. I started going to Variations when the restaurant opened in 2008 and it is the subject of the last chapter of "Parisian Postcards". Be sure to go and to tell them that Loui sent you!
