With these freezing termperatures a real "chocolat chaud" is a welcome way to warm up and what better place to get the real thing than Angelina's on rue de Rivoli in Paris. There is a chapter devoted to this wonderful institution in "Parisian Postcards : Snapshots of Live in Paris" and Bonjour Paris recently printed an article that I did for them on this Parisian favorite.
