| Claire Barczewski During this year's summer vacation we headed first to the Loire Valley for a 4th of July celebration with friends from Key West, Florida. There is a large expat community near Tours and it was a wonderful way to start our trip by connecting with new and old friends who divide their time between the US and France. In the Loire Valley we stayed in a small chateau run by Arlette et Alain Maqueton called La Noblaye. Just across the street is an organic farm run by Claire Barczewski and Jean-Camille Cordes, who were very generous with their time and provided an in depth tour of their lovely farm.
